While some firms are busy scheduling meetings and getting lost in their own organisational structure, we're busy doing the work. When you walk in the door at Trilogy, you're just as likely to be met by the operations manager as you are the receptionist. Well to be perfectly honest, you're much more likely given that we actually don't have a receptionist. The closest we have to a receptionist is our office manager, but she'll meet you at the door anyway. It's not necessarily the standard way of doing things, but hey, that's us. Faster isn't always better. We're hands on, and that's not going to change any time soon. What that means to you though, is that you will always have access to the people you need. Every client's our biggest, and every job our most important. All our clients feel like big fish in a small pond, because there are no small fish, and it is, in fact, a comparatively small pond. What we're trying to say, is that in a firm this size, we can't afford to take any client for granted, and that guarantees you our full attention.
